We have established relationships with the best suppliers of kennels, fencing, flooring, pet care management software (PCMS), and other fixtures/equipment/supplies you will need for your store. We not only help streamline that aspect of the business, but also help you save money in the process.
Extensive Training in Every Aspect of All Operations
We have comprehensive training manuals that are designed to assist you in every aspect of the business, including but not limited to: site selection and lease negotiations, design and construction, pre-opening procedures, ongoing operations, employee administration, financial administration, marketing and the pet care management software (PCMS) that will track all activities of each dog that becomes a customer.
Grand Opening and Ongoing Visitation
We will be there to guide you through your opening week and then commit to a visitation schedule to offer assistance and to make sure you are operating as smoothly as possible. Of course, we will always be available by phone and email for day to day routine questions and suggestions.
Marketing and Advertising
The Dog Stop® marketing department is dedicated to providing full-time marketing and advertising support for all of our franchisees. This all in one capacity provides precise information and streamlines capabilities that save time and money.
