Seeing your pups again after what seems like an eternity has all of us wagging our proverbial tails; we cannot stress enough how excited we are to see their sweet faces walk through our doors. Still, we know that even though communities start the slow process of reopening, Covid-19 remains a very real and present threat. With that in mind, we want to ensure you that safety and cleanliness (two of our main focal points since we first opened our doors) are our highest priorities.

The following safety protocols are followed at every location, with additional options for clients not yet comfortable with entering public spaces:

  • Increased cleaning frequency with hospital-grade disinfectants
  • Mask requirement for all client-facing staff
  • The social distancing of 6 feet maintained with clients and staff
  • Staff asked to report to work only if they are showing no symptoms
  • Available curbside drop-off and pick-up
  • Contactless pay available via phone

These protocols are enforced in addition to the safety measures we’ve always employed:

  • All staff certified in canine handling, CPR, and first aid
  • Vaccine verification for Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella
  • Exchange of all cleaning materials every 45-60 minutes
  • Exchange of all drinking water every 45-60 minutes
  • Constant supervision of group play (you can even watch us watch your pup on our live cams via The Dog Stop app!)
  • Appropriate play groupings based on age and play style
